How to use:

1) Make sure you are connected to the internet

2) Open up the program

3) Select half of the maximum speed your city has (or you can select 15mbit/s default)

4) Click PATCH, and wait a few minutes

5) Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and check your new speed!!
